Central Park West Residence

This project was a collaboration in every sense of the word. This 2700 sq ft apartment on Manhattan's Central Park West was a shared project between Belsey & Mahla Architects and Revamp Interior Design. We also had the good fortune of having a client with an impeccable collection of art and furniture from a previous home. The goal was to transform the spacious but dated apartment into a warm modern home using as much from their previous home as possible, while filling in the rest with either custom, antique, or store-bought pieces. Revamp’s scope of work included selecting all the paint colors, designing the radiator covers and other custom cabinetry, providing all the furniture plans and furnishings, selecting the window treatments and carpeting, designing all closet interiors, designing the new fireplace, locating all artwork, and coordinating all deliveries and installations associated with the job. It was an arduous task for all involved but resulted in a magnificently warm and inviting home.

"Danielle worked seamlessly with our architects and contractors and was on top of every detail. I often looked to her to explain technical terms used during renovation meetings and couldn't have imagined making certain choices without her guidance. Danielle was organized, responsive and readily available. She presented ideas and options in a clear, organized and flexible way. While always attentive to our choices, she nevertheless exposed us to new ideas and design concepts. She worked tirelessly to insure that we moved in to a beautiful, finished home. We can't recommend her highly enough."– SF & FF.
