Brooklyn Residence

Curious as to what a designer's own residence looks like? Well here you have it. This is the apartment of Revamp Interior Design's founder, Danielle Fennoy. She and her fiancé purchased this new construction condominium in 2010. The main draw of this type of building is the ability to move right in with no renovation necessary, but the difficulty lies in making the spaces unique to the people living inside. "The task was especially challenging for me," says Fennoy. "I'm exposed to all that's out there in terms of design, which makes it hard to make firm decisions regarding our personal space. Plus, we were on a budget and I've got one very opinionated and super involved fiancé." The current state of the apartment is very eclectic; a mix of modern and vintage styles, with pieces reclaimed, custom designed, store-bought, and collected from around the world.
